Best croissant in Paris, they say. Sells out every morning. Go early! Playground right across the street if that’s your bag.
MoreCame for the croissant (which was good) but I was really blown away by the Madelines. I nearly went back and bought three more bags to bring home.
MoreVery friendly service, and an incredible selection of delicious-looking breads and pastries. I finally decided on the chocolate souffle, which surprised me with a light citrus flavor and mousse filling. €3.50
MoreQuick service, good pastures, cant complain! Went around 1:30pm on a Saturday (during Corona era) and only one person in front of us.
MoreProblems in the Blu Sucre boulangerie! Bought a kouign amann -- took it home and it was cold/had raw butter on the inside. Went back, told the baker so he offered me a similar pastry but in a roll with raisins. Had the same problem! Raw butter on the inside while toasted on the outside. Clearly the oven temps are too hot for the pastry and centers are not getting cooked -- never seen this before! My advice would be to stick to the croissants or pan de chocolate. This is an institution, so they should be red-faced! I am on a pastry crawl and have to say this was the worst!
MoreThe place is great, small and very beautiful. It has a great variety of sweets, breads and the attendant is very attentive and the service was super quick and super nice. The croissant is a MUST, it tastes awesome! Try the trousseau too, if you like chocolate - the pastries look as awesome as they taste. Hoping to come back as soon as possible.
MoreThe croissant today was terrible. It was very tough and chewy in an unpleasant way. But the counter girl was so sweet and friendly. This place is not edible anymore. AMERICAN TOURISTS BEWARE!!!
MoreAmazing coffee and freshly made WARM pastries
The two mademoiselle are really, really nice!I tried mont blanc cake and was literally amazing! If you want to try the real taste of a French bakery you must go here!
MoreMamma mia, what a croissant!Very flavory and 'juicy' croissant in which you can really taste the butter... And as a cherry on top these are huge! =)
MoreI don’t think you should say you have been to Paris without tasting their croissant or pain au chocolat! They are absolutely amazing! Very friendly but efficient service too. True 5 star cafe!
MoreTop
Probably best croissant I've ever had in my life. Really friendly staff.
To the beautiful ladies at blé sucré ... thank you very much for your lovely service and yummy pastries !! We are living Paris today but your café has been erighlight for us ... We will be back All the love and sunshine, from the twins Isabella and Eve ❤
MoreBest croissant in Paris so far after trying 15 of the best bakeries. We started to think that French people didn’t know how to make croissants anymore. So glad to see that blé sucré does it to perfection and at a great price. Well done.
MoreEverything was great, the food and the service! Best croissant of Paris
Madeleine was sooo delicious !!!I saw this patisserie on a guide book in Japan and I’ve really wanted to come...for years!!! My dream come true:) staff was friendly. Thank you. I’ll see you again.
MoreFavorite place for quality baked goods without the tourist price.
Excellent
Croissants are very popular and sold out in the afternoon. The cake design is simple and I like itI think it's too sweet for Japanese people.
MoreBest Parisian bakery I’ve tried so far. Visited multiple times over the past year.
MoreThe girl at the counter was so obviously racist :( not cool
Best chocolate croissant
Best croissants and baguettes in the area. Definitely recommend.
Best pain au chocolat and croissant that I have tried and I've eaten my fair share over the years. Perfectly flaky with lots of light layers and a good amount of butter. Madeleines and tarte tartin were too sweet for my tastes but the croissant and baguette de tradition are worth the trek to this small neighborhood joint.
Moregreat staff, excellent service and terrific pastries.
I know all the websites say it, but the madeleines really are phenomenal. Took my 4-pack and sat in the park nearby, and it was a great experience. I didn't try the desserts (tartelette citron, millefeuille, etc) but they looked delicious and I saw several people buying an assortment in bulk while waiting to order.
MoreI went here everyday during my visit to Paris. The best croissants and chocolate croissants. The staff here is lovely and made sure we got the freshest croissants.
MoreMy boyfriend and I are visiting from the US and came upon able Sucre. The owner and his partner were so gracious and sweet. They set up a little counter space for us to eat their croissant and eclair. The best croissant I have ever had! We also had a seasonal hot chocolate which was rich and delicious! Come and pick up some delicious fresh bread and pastries if I’m Paris!
MoreProbably the best croissants in Paris. Period. Worth the metro ride or the walk to this great bakery and fun little local neighborhood
MoreGreat service and somehow even better croissants. There super affordable and worth traveling for. Best we had in Paris!
MoreThe croissant (one of the best in town) and the hot chocolate(70%dark) is the description of heaven a must visit in paris
MoreExcellent selection and local treasure. Be sure to stock up on bread and pastries and crack into their delightful sweets :)
MoreDefinitely the best croissant I have ever had.
Huge croissant, 1.20 Euro
small bakery where people recommend me to get their pastries. they have a few seats in front of the store and that's enough to enjoy our breakfast before heading somewhere. if you come when the store is very crowded, you can takeaway your pastries and eat it in the small park across the store.i tried their pain au chocolat and it was delish, served warm as they just baked, flaky with enough layers, has a strong butter fragrant (but not greasy 👍🏻), with perfect size and enough amount of filling. inspiring! 👌🏻
MoreWonderful croissant and pain au chocolat. Can't think of somewhere in Paris that does these two items better than Ble Sucre
MoreLoved the croissant here!
Had breakfast there Everytime when I was in in Paris, never disappointed
One of the best pastry shops in all of Paris. A true delight, with incredibly helpful staff.
MoreBest croissants and tarts in Paris hands down. Friendly staff
Go for the Pan au Chocolat. Amazing.
Best!
I ordered 1 strawberry pie 10 people and 1 raspberry pie 6 people for a birthday on June 24th, everyone appreciated and I can confirm that these are demanding people and with palate! Good address in Paris 11 but the stock market must follow but it is largely justified ...Estelle H
MoreTried the first bite of croissant (it was fresh out of the oven) and immediately returned for two more before they sold out!
MoreButtery and crunchy.I enjoyed every bite!
The best croissant I’ve ever had.
Best croissant in town. Can’t miss it. I later found out this was on Phil Rosenthal’s food show (creator of Everybody Loves Raymond) as one his favorites too.
MoreExcellent patisserie. The croissant was OK. Good service
